Acrylic, alcohol ink, metal leaf & wax pastel on cradled wood panel
This woman's image and vibe came to me during a meditation, but it took me a year to actually start the painting. I had a very specific energy in mind for this piece - a higher octave of feminine energy, spiritual without being religious, kind of a ‘secular saint’, if you will. My intention was to capture this serene, fully-embodied magnetic energy of the woman in my meditation in my portrait of her. I love her and I hope you do too.
